 How do I modify domain information for a domain I registered with you.
Solution If we registered a domain name for you, and you would like to change anything about it, you can do so at http://manage.opensrs.net. You should be able to login using the username and password we assigned you when your account was setup on our servers. If this does not work, you may submit a new ticket or email support@your-site.com and we will have the registrar send out the correct information to admin email address that is on file for the domain.

If a domain no longer has a valid Admin Email address, the domain owner must print out a form, fill in the information and follow the instructions to update the email address. This form, which is in Adobe Acrobat format, can be downloaded at http://your-site.com/forms/OPENSRS.pdf . If you cannot view this file, you can download the free Acrobat reader from Adobe.com.

Once this form has been faxed to the registrar and they have updated the contact information, the username and password will be sent to the new address.
