Solution All hosted accounts are set to automatically renew. They will be renewed 0-3 days before they expire, provided your billing account information is up to date. If you no longer have hosting through Your-Site, please submit a new ticket to contact us about renewing your domain name.

If you would like to have your domain renewed before it's automatic renewal date, please provide us with your domain name and account verification and we will be able to process your request right away.

If you have new credit card information, please update it at our secure server here: https://billing.your-site.com
