Solution You must submit a cancellation request through our online cancel form located here: http://www.your-site.com/cancel.php . We do not accept cancellation requests via phone or normal email.

The form must be filled out correctly or we will be unable to process the request; you will be emailed at the address supplied on the form to keep you updated as to the status of it.
