Solution The most common way is by using PHPMyAdmin webinterface. This can be accessed by going to http://io.your-site.com.

By default, we do not allow outside connections to the mySQL servers, so you will only be able to update or change your databse from either this interface or by using the command line mySQL client available when you SSH into your account on the webservers. If you require access to the database from outside, we can enable this; simply email support@your-site.com
