Can I transfer my domain from my current registrar to your registrar?
Can I transfer my domain from my current registrar to your registrar?
Solution
We can do this for a 1 time fee of $11.99. The transfer fee includes a year of registration as well. There are a few things you need to check before we can initiate the transfer:
1) You will need to have access to the administrative contact's email address to verify the change request
2) Whois privacy must be disabled
3) Domain must be unlocked
4) Domain must be registered for more than 60 days
5) Domain must not be expired
6) You must have an Auth/EPP code
If you are unsure about any of the above, you should contact your current registrar for assistance.
Due to the work involved with registrar transfers, the transfer fee is non-refundable if the transfer fails at no fault of ours. We can re-submit the failed request 1 additional time free.
