I need shell access for my site. How can I get it enabled?
Solution SSH access is only available with the "Professional Plan". You can SSH into your account by using a SSH2 enabled client and connecting to "ssh.DOMAIN.COM" (replace DOMAIN.COM with your domain name). Login username and password is the same you use for FTP.
