Solution If you have a hosting plan that supports it (Personal or Professional Plan), just login to your control panel at http://cpanel.DOMAIN.COM (replace DOMAIN.COM with your domain name), and click on "Add" next to the "MySQL Databases" section. Login information is provided when you point your mouse to the database name after it is created. The password (which is not shown) is the same as the password on the master account at time of mySQL db creation. Changing the master password in the cpanel does not change it for the mySQL database.
